While flying is an important part of any search
mission, not everyone is a pilot nor do they need to be. We need people for
many things. Our cadet program, while strong and growing, can always
use fresh, talented leaders and teachers. Any search mission requires
much more flying the airplane. A mission crew includes two people in
addition to the pilot. We need people to
work on the ground as search and rescue teams and in support functions.
We do many things during Disaster
Relief. Organizational skills and ground work are both in demand, in addition
to the air work. |
